Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Canterberry Gifts. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Production
All products are custom-made to order based on approved specifications, including design, color, and imprint. Production begins only after final proof approval and full payment have been received.
Production timelines vary depending on the product and order size and are provided as estimates only. Delays may occur due to supplier capacity, material availability, or external factors.
2. Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders using FedEx and UPS. The carrier used will depend on the product, destination, and logistics requirements.
Shipping methods may include standard, expedited, or freight services depending on the order.
3. International Production & Transit
Many of our products are manufactured and shipped from overseas, including China. As a result, orders may be subject to extended transit times, customs processing, and international logistics considerations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, international shipping carriers, port congestion, or other global logistics factors are outside of our control.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided based on production timelines and carrier estimates. These dates are not guaranteed and should not be considered firm delivery commitments.
Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Duties, Tariffs, and Import Fees
Prices include duties and tariffs in effect on the Invoice Date only.
Any new or increased duties, tariffs, surcharges, or government-imposed import fees that arise after the Invoice Date are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be billed as a Tariff Surcharge and must be paid prior to release or delivery of the shipment.
Canterberry Gifts will not reroute, return, warehouse, or expedite shipments to avoid such charges.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.
Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to international transit or carrier processing.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Canterberry Gifts is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) and provide supporting documentation, including photos and written details.
Claims will be reviewed and handled in accordance with carrier policies and manufacturer guidelines. Liability, if applicable, is limited to the original purchase price.
9. Custom Orders & Final Sale
Customized products are made to your approved specifications, including design, color, and imprint. All sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of verified manufacturer defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production. Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
10. Changes to Shipping Terms
Any modifications to these shipping terms must be agreed upon in writing by both Canterberry Gifts and the customer.
