Returns Policy
This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or claims may be accepted. By placing an order with Canterberry Gifts, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom Products & Final Sale
All products offered by Canterberry Gifts are custom-made to order based on your approved specifications, including design, color, imprint, and layout.
Due to the customized nature of these products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of verified manufacturer defects.
2. Proof Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production.
Once a proof is approved, Canterberry Gifts is not responsible for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, design placement, colors, or layout.
3. What Qualifies as a Defect
A defect is defined as a manufacturing error that materially affects the usability of the product and does not match the approved proof or agreed-upon specifications.
Variations in color, imprint placement, material, or finish that are within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
4. Defect Claims & Reporting
All defect claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Claims must include clear photos of the issue and a written description outlining the defect. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
5. Resolution of Claims
If a defect claim is verified, Canterberry Gifts will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the defective items or another remedy at our discretion.
Replacement will be limited to the quantity of items confirmed to be defective. Partial defects do not qualify the entire order for replacement or refund.
All defect determinations are made solely by Canterberry Gifts based on provided documentation and production standards.
Customers may be required to return defective items or provide additional documentation before a resolution is issued.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued when replacement is not feasible.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Customer-approved proof errors
- Minor variations in color, imprint placement, or material
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production has begun or completed
7. Return Authorization
No products may be returned without prior written authorization from Canterberry Gifts.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
8. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, Canterberry Gifts’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected items.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Changes to This Policy
Canterberry Gifts reserves the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
